from feathers to flowers

In a state of procrastination and in honor of Leap Day, I present you with this photo I found via Born To Be Wild.

I don't know where the jacket from, who exactly is wearing it, or who the beautiful person that created it is, but I'd like to find out and give them a nice big hug, pat on the back, whatever

 and then take the jacket & run.

And now, as if I don't have more than enough projects and homework to keep me occupied for the next 10 weeks,

  I think this calls for a serious DIY. 

ps- I have some outfit posts lined up! Just need time to upload & whatnot, bear with me darlings.
